Job Description
Role Purpose:
Responsible to handle the cost control process, business management & reporting, monitoring customer invoices & collection status, month/year closing, assistance in budget and forecast, improvement initiates and adherence to compliances including tax, audit, legal, banks and legal entities maintenance. To cover Asia Pacific areas along with company’s growth. Reports to Head of Finance and Business Management at Regional Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cost and business management
- Treasury management
- Monitor customer invoices and collection
- Business improvement initiatives and reporting
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Month and Year closing and reporting
- Compliances related to tax, audit, company matters and banks
- Ad-hoc jobs as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years relevant education within finance and accounting, along with international accredited professional qualification such as CPA(US/UK/Australia)
- 5-7 Years’ of Experience in Oil & Gas industry in a similar position preferably in Well Services industry
- Interest and motivation in developing and maintaining efficient financial processes
- Interest and motivation in learning relevant IT software and systems supporting Odfjell Technology accounting processes
- Proactive and highly developing communication and cooperation skills
- Structured, service oriented and task focused
- In addition to local language, fluent in English, both oral and written.
