Role Purpose:

The Logistics Supervisor supports OTL’s operations in the Netherlands by ensuring efficient logistics coordination andadministrative support in line with company procedures and QHSE requirements.The role is responsible for managing equipment movements, customs documentation,and a range of office and administrative tasks, working closely withOperations, Finance, suppliers, and external partners. The position reports tothe Management Accountant and plays an important role in ensuring smoothday-to-day business operations within the Wellservices department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage import and export customs documentation and liaise with customs authorities, customers, and suppliers
  • Register and track all equipment movements in the ERP system (IFS)
  • Coordinate logistics activities with transport providers and Operations departments
  • Manage delivery tickets, returns, and documentation related to scrapping of equipment
  • Support annual equipment stock counts and register findings in the IFS system
  • Arrange business travel and accommodation for support personnel
  • Manage reception-related tasks including visitors, incoming calls, mail, and deliveries
  • Maintain general administrative processes and provide ad hoc support within the area of responsibility

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

  • Relevant formal background at Bachelor level or equivalent through extensive relevant experience
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a similar logistics and/or administrative role
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably IFS (preferred)
  • Experience in logistics, customs, or supply chain administration (preferred)
