Job Description

As OperationsAssistant, you will play a key role within the OTL team, reporting to theOperations Manager. The role is based onshore and involves collaboration acrossoffshore operations and client interfaces. Your primary responsibility is toensure the efficient handling, quality control, and reporting of data, as wellas support operational planning and logistics. This is a great opportunity tobe part of a dynamic team at the heart of delivering operational excellence forour clients.

Key Responsibilities
-Part-responsible for the collection, publication, and storage of Torque Turn Data
-Quality control and storage of data in IFS from all rigs in operation
-Monitor offshore personnel and ensure data quality and compliance
-Distribute Torque Turn reports to clients and stakeholders
-Provide QA parameters and support to offshore personnel
-Contribute to development and updates of rig-specific procedures and setups
-Coordinate with freight forwarders and organise transportation
-Support line managers and operations team with customer follow-up and internal processes
-Assist with training, procedures, and onboarding of new equipment
-Execute additional tasks as assigned by Operations Team or Line Manager

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
-Minimum 3 years of industry experience
-Solid understanding of drilling equipment and operational processes
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other digital tools
-Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
-Service-minded with excellent collaboration skills
-Proactively seeks knowledge and skill development
-Good oral and written English communication skills
