Role Purpose:

The Sales Coordinator Netherlands will be part of theContinental Europe Sales and Tender team, responsible for sales and businessdevelopment activities, including offer and tender preparation. The role actsas a key focal point for tender processes, ensuring high-quality, timely, andcompliant submissions in line with company strategy and procedures. Theposition is based in the Netherlands and works closely with internalstakeholders, clients, and agents across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a focal point for sales and tendering in the Netherlands and Germany, within the wider Continental Europe region
  • Monitor online tender portals and incoming communications for new business opportunities
  • Coordinate and develop high-quality tender documentation in collaboration with operations, corporate and other relevant stakeholders
  • Consolidate and format tender/offers submissions in accordance with client requirements
  • Maintain and update tender and sales trackers, as well as tender documentation, using CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), SharePoint and XaitPorter.
  • Manage new vendor registrations and updates of existing client registrations
  • Communicate with clients and agents in support of the tender and sales process

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

  • University degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Engineering, Economics, or a related field) is required. (Bachelordegree(HBO))
  • Preferably experience in the energy or oil & gas sector with an interest in developing a career in this industry
  • Solid understanding of competitive tender processes and experience preparing high-quality bids
  • Strong business acumen with excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and PowerBI
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English, German is a plus
