- Previously Terje worked nearly 30 years in National Oilwell Varco where he the last years held the position Project Director Eastern Hemisphere
- Terje has extensive international experience within oil and gas industries, where he also have had a 3 years assignment in Houston TX
- He holds a degree within Electrical Power Engineering from Haugesund Maritime Technical School
