This business area is responsible for managing OOW Project Development that holds all of Odfjell Oceanwind’s equity positions in projects. Portfolio optimization through farm-in/farm-downs, participation in seabed leases, partnerships, project origination and project maturation is also covered by this business area.
The business area is responsible for managing OOW’s Development Service Agreements (DSAs).
The key projects in the portfolio are the GoliatVIND 75 MW demonstrator, the UtsiraVIND bid for 500 MW concessions and Windsteel Technologies. In addition, OOW Project Development sits on a large early phase business development funnel of organic projects that are being matured through OOW’s stage-gate process.
